Terms of Service
Welcome to Paper Boat Alfajores. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected pack size, flavours, delivery or pickup option, and contact details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or there is an issue with the order.
2. Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our store.
Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
3. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before we begin preparing it.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at paperboatalfajores@gmail.com or through Instagram @paperboatalfajores.
If your order has already entered preparation or production, we may not be able to cancel it or provide a refund.
If a cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Pickup
Free pickup is available from:
39 Technology Drive, Warana QLD 4575
Pickup is available on Saturday between 4 PM and 6 PM, unless otherwise arranged with us.
Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed pickup window.
5. Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available on Saturday between 10 AM and 12 PM for selected Sunshine Coast suburbs.
The standard delivery fee is $12.
Delivery availability depends on the delivery address and our delivery area. If an address is outside our available delivery area, we may contact you to discuss an alternative arrangement or refund the delivery charge where applicable.
6. Express Delivery
Same-day Saturday express delivery may be available for $24, subject to availability.
Express delivery must be confirmed by Paper Boat Alfajores before it is considered available.
The $24 express fee does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless a specific time has been agreed with us.
7. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
We may contact you by phone, email or Instagram regarding your order and delivery.
If we are unable to complete delivery because the provided address is incorrect, nobody is available to receive the order, or we cannot safely access the delivery location, additional arrangements may be required.
8. Food Products and Allergens
Our alfajores are handmade food products.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat/gluten, milk and other ingredients used in our kitchen.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and contacting us before ordering if they have questions about ingredients or allergens.
If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate your requirements.
9. Product Information
We make our products by hand, so minor variations in appearance, size, shape and decoration may occur between individual products.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but the appearance of handmade products may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.
10. Refunds and Problems With an Order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving or collecting it at:

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, information, pricing, availability and products may change without notice.
We may update, remove or discontinue products or services at any time.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
